Disgusted services

I've been struggling and battling with Eskom for the past 5 months i did an application for electricity it stated within 2 till 3 months it will be switched on no feedback from nobody I've been calling and sending email every single day nobody is attending or responding to me email not Fezi the coordinator not Lwandile not Lynette or Natasha I'm very dissapointed in the treatment I'm receiving as a client as eskom service is disgusting i hope somebody will attend to my query
