Disgusted in Eskom

My mother is a pensioner who lives in Philippi are, on lansdowne road she has been without electricity for 3weeks. Last week they came out to tell her there is no supply to her house and that she must ask someone to dig a trench they will come the next day to lay cables until now no one has come back. This is just disgusting
