Disgusted by eskom

Reference number received with no results *** I am totally disgusted by Eskom I had a power outage on saterday 8th of February 2020 starting at 12pm my power never went on again I called Eskom at 6 and was advised that a technician will come out in 4 to 7hours I have no one at my premises as of yet I called this morning at 8am was advised they will come at 10i called back was advised they will be here 12:15am my power is still off I called Eskom about 10times to follow up wasting my airtime I spoke to the supervisor on duty who was very rude and unhelpful my power is still off I'm busing loosing all my frozen products I want this matter resolved ASAP
