disgusted by Eskom

My mother who is older than 60 has been without electricity since December 2024. Eskom came out in December and left a reference number *** without doing anything. I logged a complaint again and again just got a reference number ***. Eskom came out on Thursday, 13 February and again nothing happened.

My question.....must my mother go on her knees before Eskom to get services?????

This is utterly disgusting that an elderly must sit without electricity for months without any explanations.
