Disgusted

<p>Yesterday myself and my mom arrive at home with no electricity, but the rest of the houses around had electricity. Sent an sms at around 19:00 with no reply then my brother arrived around 19:30 we then went to Eskom Depo in Khayelitsha to find no one to assist us. We then called the call center and we were told the technicians knock off at 22:00 so they'll come around, but if not they'll come in the morning. I called again this morning at 07:00 and was told a technician rep**** to the call and said it's a no go area, but what I failed to understand is why do they have a Depo in Khayelitsha if it's a no go area. Our meat and everything in the fridge has now gone off since we've been waiting what's worse is my grandmother is diabetes, but we can't make food for her because there's no electricity. I want Eskom to pay for my food I'm so disgusted with their service because I just called them again and they told me it takes 4 - 6 hours for the technician to come through which I was not told when I called in the morning. Siyabonga the guy I spoke to in the morning told me they'll come in the morning it's now 10am and we still waiting. If my grandmother gets sick or die they'll pay I'm so disgusted with Eskom.</p>
