Discusting Service

I personally contacted Eskom last year 2014 concerning a fault in our main box in zone 1 meadowlands, mokwerekwere street. The main switch keeps tripping every 30min for the past year and we struggle to leave normally. We do understand load shedding, and it has phases/stages which we can relate to, but with our problem its really sad to see such service, and till now, we still dnt have electricity as normal as anyone else. We have kids who goes to school without any breakfast, even supper as well, cause the main box constantly trips. Pls can someone from eskom help us by replacing whatever is giving a problem in that main box. Our main bix is in Mokata Street, zone 1 meadowlands.
