Disappointment

The problem of electricity is everywhere in SA but in the NW province it's worse. In Tseng Village As a whole struggles with anything electrical. There has not been electricity supply for over a month on the other section and on the other since Saturday NO ELECTRICITY SUPPLY.

I went to Eskom in Morokweng,got the security guards writing our problems down n giving reference numbers. Apparently the consultants are working from home. Many Eskom customers o found there have been complaining that they came multiple times with no help.

The electricians help by using private numbers to call. They don't even mention their names. No trace that they did their job. Very disappointing.And I went there for the second time and I still got told that I will get the reference. Now they act as if they don't know our village.

Eskom is not doing well at all.
