Disappointing service

Still waiting for a technician to come fix the issue that we have with electricity in my area. It has been 3 days and everytime we call we are told that technician came and issue is resolved when it's not. The service is appalling. Sad part is we buy electricity ? but we not getting any joy at all. References: ******8 Are we going to get help though?
