Disappointed with eskom

Since from monday I've been calling eskom to come resolve my electricity issues I'm still waiting even today every time I call I'm being told a technician will be available within 5 hours but that's a lie, when there's a power cut and power comes back in my house it takes 4 to 10 hours to come back I called everyday and got 2 different reference numbers this is very frustrating as a tax paying citizen to be treated like this by our own state company it is very painful to be told that a technician will be available and they don't come the next thing you see an eskom vehicle at a tarven parked outside or drive past one parked at a shopping complex please do something cause we pay for this electricity we are not using it for free and we really need it
