Diepkloof zone 5 No Electricity

In Diepkloof zone 5 we havent had electricity for the past 2 weeks going on the third. Calls were made,ward councillor notified,meetings held but nothing till today, please help. Its freezing we have children we unemployed and having to buy paraffin and candles every other is nearly impossible. Please help.
