Desperate person who has been left with no electricity for more than 120 hours

My Name is Nomonde Ntshikila residing at 102 Thandabantu Street, Du-Noon. I reported the outage Thursday I was Informed that someone will be sent from the office in the next 7 hours. It is now 120 hours. This is not fair as we had the same problem with my two neighbors I'm in between them their lines were fixed our line is not working how come? We're in a dilemma now our fridges are smelling and our food is waisted. Please assist my cell no is ***. The reference is ***. We are calling and the answer is the same. We have children in the premises no one was sent as we were informed of the office hours. Please respond as to whom must we contact so that we can be assisted like our neighbors.
