Deposit refund - forget it!!!

Dream on (sitting in the dark) if you would like a deposit refund from Eskom - it just doesn't happen. Have now been waiting for over 6 months. Repeated emails back and forth with a new reference number every time which leads you to believe it may in fact happen.

Worst service ever!!!
