Delay in restoring electricity

Good day .Since from last week Tuesday I don't have electricity I report the problem to Eskom they also gave me the ref no which is *** but they didn't come and restore the electricity for me.Tha counselor also made several calls to Eskom but they didn't come.The deputy mayor from Nquthu municipal fone Eskom they didn't come and everything I have in my fridge get roten because of Eskom no attending to my problem immediately I'm actually don't know what to do now and somebody must hear my cry and come and help me as soon as possible... This is the matter of urgency pls help me....
