Damaged meter box that requires immediate exchange

We reported a faulty meter in 2024, they came and only checked our transformer box and told us to wait as they didn't bring requirements equipments with them. Which I failed to understand how because they had tools and even a ladder to look at the transformer box outside. Till now we are still waiting for them to come exchange our meter box. The meter is now damaged and stoped working last night.
