Damaged meter box

Hi my Eskom meter box has been damaged for a month now i reported it ,then i was told that some one will be sent but nothing has happened,then i visited their offices in Rankuwa same story some will be sent they gave a Ref number,when i called the call center i get different stories ,then i sent ana email to them and i cc\d the office of the president
