Damaged appliances

We had loadshedding from 8 am yesterday and it was supposed to be until 10 am. But they didn't return the electricity due to maintenance they were doing in our area Harare Khayelitsha, they only turned it on after 8pm. We switched everything on and all that happened was a disaster. Light bulbs fused, our decoder is not working the tv blew a steam from the back and switched off. How are we going to replace all of these things because they left one of the wires hanging on top of someone's roof and there has been damage in our houses. Eskom needs to fix this mess.
