Damaged and unsafe substation

Greetings. You have a substation here in Riebeek West, across the road from the local Police station, and there is a problem. The outer fence, a big metal job, as been damaged, and pulled away from the substation, and is poking out into the road. Why nobody has fixed it I do not know, especially as I saw 1 of your Eskom vans pass it this morning. The substation is open to anyone who wishes to get at it, open to vandals etc, and it is a potential danger to the public. It needs to be fixed. It has been like this for at least a month already and I am amazed the you have left it like this. Happy to give you the number of it should you request it
