Damage Fridge due to load reduction, maintenance and upgrading of new boxes

The electricity has been taken by contractors, load reduction and maintenance. My fridge has been damaged and I am expected to buy a new fridge as Eskom Claim take 6 months and is not guaranteed. Eskom is also not paying for perishable which is also not fair
