Damage

We understand that Eskom is experiencing a problem that's why it implemented load shedding. In Palm Springs the current issue we experiencing is that they switch off the electricity and then after 5 minutes they turn it back on this happens 3 to four times within an hour. The people in my area decided to go Eskom Palm Springs to raise this issue but the issue is still persisting , this has been going on for year now. The turning on and off every 5 minutes is damaging our electrical appliance's. We believe if this was a load shedding issue then it would switch off at once not every 5 minutes.
