Cut off without Notification

Eskom engineers came through to our area and cutoff 6 houses electricity supply without any reasons. we werent notified or advised of the reasons. i live with a pensioner and she is struggling with arthritis. i have logged 6 reference numbers ********** 1 , ********** 97 , ********** 04 , ********** 07 , the latest one is ********** 70 every time i call they reject my request with different reasons first it was they didn't find anyone at home , there is always someone at home , secondly they gave a reason that they couldn't find the house. the last reason is they flagged our area as a red area due to protests. we have been off since Tuesday 24th October till today the 27th Of October. till now they keep rejecting my request. this is really an inconvenience due to the fact that we weren't notified. our food is rotting and going to waste. all we want is our electricity back and proper channels need to be followed for their reasons of switch off.
