Cut off electricity since the 9th of June 2021

Eskom took our electricity since Wednesday at Mabopane, even today there is no electricity. When we contact them on *** they do not pick up the line, they end up hanging down our calls waiting for 43 minutes hoping that they will answer. My father sent SMSs on this number 35328, he only received electronic responses without follow ups with details of meter number. I sent them email on this link *** 5 times with an electronic response only but no assistance. I sent a WhatsApp on *** and the number does not work as the message has 1 tick. When I try living a voice message record as their option when contacted it reports that the mail is full. Please assist us the community of Mabopane to get hold of ESKOM
