**** Customer Service

These guys are a bunch of fools who do not know how to deal with customers.From 5am today Chesterville Durban had no power...So at 08:15 I called Eskom had to wait for 20 minutes for the call to be answered eventually some rude girl who had no interest in resolving my issue picked up.I explained my query and she said there is nothing she can do. I must call back after an hour...I refused to do so and asked to speak to a supervisor . She had me on hold for a further 30 minutes only to come back, say nothing and just cut the call...A few minutes later our power mysteriously came back on.... Eskom plz hire ppl with interest in working with people...
