The service we receive at the Eskom office in moratiwa hlogotlou is so bad, they choose who they want to help based on their surnames, they tell us that we need to go to Groblersdal if we have a problem with how they operate. We reported an incident on Tuesday night and when we called to find out if the technician will only come after seven days when we asked why we were told that they need to investigate our meter number..but a neighbour who had the same problem was helped without hasitation.
