COSMO CREEK - POWER CUTS

Since the 13th/03/2016 afternoon, couple of houses in our complex (Cosmo Creek, Sebou Cres -619) have been experiencing power cuts. As residents from the 13th/03/2016 we logged a complain with Eskom, of which they took their time to respond, eventually technicians arrived(+-6hrs after the last phone call) on the 14th/03/2016 evening and went to the street power box to put the switch back on. The electricity came on for 2hrs max and went off again, yesterday the 15th/03/2016 the technicians came 3 times but the problem is still not fixed. The only thing we get when we call them now is millions of reference numbers and empty promises. VERY UNACCEPTABLE/UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ESKOM LANSERIA.....
