Converting to prepaid appears to be a myth

I have made numerous requests to have my meter converted to a prepaid meter. The first was logged in February. The second eventually on 30 March. And I have now logged a further 3. Apart from an automatically generated reply with a reference number we are now 3 months down the line with zero follow up. Awesome service!,
