Contractors clearing Faults without them being Fixed

On the 4 Dec 21 late evening we had a severe wind storm in Baltimore Limpopo. One electric pole was blown over which led to a power outage. I reported it on the 5th Dec 21 and then the frustration started. Every day they clear my fault with your power has been restored and every day I have to hold on for hours to report that the fault is still NOT cleared. We have now been out of electricity for 8 full days. We have to get water 30km from us for our animals and our neighbours are also bringing water from their farms. This is dishonesty at its worse how can you say a fault is cleared when it isnt.
