Constant breaker failure Table View sub-station

Every 18:00 to 20:30 loadshedding results in power being restored for 5 minutes, then the breaker fails, and it takes another 30 to 90 minutes to get it working again. It happened at least seven times in the past three weeks, and still Eskom don't replace the faulty parts.
