Connection of Eletricity

<p>Been waiting for over a year for Eskom to connect our house till today its over a year empty promises.We called ,dealt with Mrs Phumeza Dingiswayo ,Ms Kelly and been to their offices several times got no joy,you are promised to be called back and updated but you will wait till Jesus comes...We paid the money they require,only reply you get is we waiting for contractors,no escalation process.We asked for Nolwazi (Manager) unavailable the landline goes to voicemail from November 2016. How does one get assisted by Eskom?I need help with this issue,I've exhausted my angles and tried......</p>
