connection of electricity

i have been trying to call *** as i need connection to my house but the number only rings and it dropped. Its been 2 weeks and i sent e-mails and nothing..,. Eskom is useless, i went to the offices in polokwane and they are closed...useless useless we are in the middle of winter me and my children are suffering from cold weather
