Conflict of interest

I just spoke to my husband who advised me that a family member called him today using his work phone threatening to switch off the power supply where we live. I dont think eskom employees should be using their job/ powers/who they know at work to benefit them to or disadvantage others. Where does the employee/ family member get off, threatening to cut off the power supply because they are having a family dispute? That is conflict of interest and *********!! I expect someone to call us and make sure your staff member is called to order, this is not right. Personal issues remain personal. I suggest the call is also retrieved as it was made from the company phone. Eskom can be taken to court for this, this is not tight. Im just saying.
