Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Eskom *Review:* Our electricity went off on Friday evening. We've logged the fault and got a reference number, but just no one responds or communicates with us. I've got a 18 months old cardiac baby who needs oxygen parts of the day. But since we have a power outage I need to ask our neighbors for help. We live in a area where it's unsafe and now with the power outage is dark we more now in danger than ever. My freezer and fridge has ran down. My meat and stuff I need to put by other people. I'm so fed up with ESKOM. The sparks are coming out by the electric box outside by the pole.
