I would like to thank you so much for tracking my complaint. Yesterday I received a home call from my grandmother. The meter box is installed. I also thank one of your contact center agent by the name of Tshepiso from Bramfointain Eskom. I trust that this message will reach you (Tshepiso). Thank you for caring for my complaint but then all of this could be avoided if the first few call made were attended.

My grandmother is happy she will be able to use electricity to do her things.

Please come in the future and help with complaints like mine..
