I am struggling for a month now to sort out an account issue. The meters was last serviced in 1991. The 1 meter went over from 99999 and did not start on zero. I got an account for R36 000 usage of 17 000 kw for a normal house holding where the average over last 18 months on this meter was 680.kw. As they are working from home NO Manager to talk to to sort the problem out. They ony comment no fault with meter. This is common sense that the meter is not correct taken history into consideration. I NEED SOME MANAGER TO PHONE ME AND EXPLAIN TO ME HOW CAN A NORMAL HOUSEHOLD USE THIS TYPE OF KW IN ONE MONTH IF FOR 18 MONTHS IT WAS 680 KW AVERAGE. Santie ***/ *** REF NR ***
