Complaint on eskom dragging feet

My nearest town is Groblersdal,

We have electricity already in the area and have built another house in the yard that needs it's own box and connection.Yard to be cut in two soon. There's a pole already in the yard, and another one just outside the fence.

The cable running above the new house between these two poles(75 J002 and 75 J001) is disturbing me from erecting the roof and, we request that the cable be moved/lifted(or whatever way) just slightly accordingly so I can roof the house . I sent MANY emails to :***, called Contact Centre *** many times and visited nearest eskom office of Monsterloos .This is wrong to beg eskom for so long with unfulfilled 20-day promises.
