Complaint against Sebokeng Eskom

Can you please intervene, we don't have electricity for the past 3 week in Sebokeng zone 11,the circuit breaker burst. The the local eskom office doesn't want to help us. Mr Raditsela the manager at Sebokeng eskom refuse to help us or even send a team to check. Apparently he has a personal vendetta with one of the community members so now we don't know what to do or where to turn to.
