complain and bad service

i have escalated my issues with Eskom 3 weeks back and i was told to submit the requires document and the 6000 fine which i did. every time i phone i get promises that the technicians will come today or tomorrow. I have spoken to several of your agent, and nothing is happening. Sibongile mthombeni said technicians will come and her manager or supervisor will contact me and I'm still waiting. Sammy said they will come on monday and still waiting. Pheasi sewthiza said they will come today and still waiting.Kids are struggling.
