Complain

Hi Hope you well and safe My box has been changed 3 months ago and there is 2 places that I can buy electricity from its Shell and BP Now I have been calling to register my box so that I can buy electricity everywhere here are the answers that I got 1. I need to wait for walking centres to open 2. we can register your box but it will take the maximum 30 days 3. we cant register the box online and there is nothing we can do since the offices are closed Note : Eskom customer service for different departments is terrible what can I do to get this resolved
