col lock and closed after 3 hours and still no pow

I phoned the call center last night, at +- 19h20 my rev No ***, the call was closed at +- 22h00 by the tech . I phoned again this morning and I locked another complaint my rev *** . I ask him to phone me back in 2 hours . <br> They did not phone me back so I phone them again and still no tech and still no power!!!<br> This is not the first time this has happend the privies time I was with out power for four days i lost all the food in my freezer and fridge.
