Due to eskom's load shedding the past few weeks<br> my pvr decoder broke! On tuesday night! At 8 when i tried switching on my decoder right after the powe came back on!!!! am so fed up this load shedding is effecting all my appliance i took it to my nearest dstv office and they said my decoder is not fixable its due to all the load shedding i tried phoning eskoms claims department i was on the line for 45 minutes and the only answer i got was u have to write a letter and send it back to us! No e-mail address nothing they will have a look at it! And how long must i wait now for a new decoder???? Their claims department sucks!!!! Now i ha e to bare the cost of over 3000 for a new decoder? And the WORST PART IS I LOST ALL MY DATA ON MY BROKEN DECODER! SO SOME ONE AT ESKOM THAT GIVES A **** A BOUTE THE PUBLIC HAVING TO JUST PAY AND SUFFER PLEASE TAKE UP MY CASE AND TAKE IT SERIOUS PLEASE!!!
