Claim 438702 Roof Damage

Pathetic service I had in my entire. Eskom big pole hit my house in the Eastern Cape on the 3rd February 2024. They were onsite on the 4th of February to only disable power but the pole was left on top of my roof for days which caused more damage. No settlement done to date. Their Insurance Group Manager Sherlott Leila is just on mute and I don’t know what is happening
