City power Useless to the core

It's been 1 week now no electricity in 4 oxford road mayfair corner 9th Avenue. The guys do there jobs half way and leave without a continuation so new calls must be logged . They dont know how to use there trucks ,so said one of them. Total nonsence and *******ion within the work service.
