CHRIS from the Gauteng contact center is HORRIBLE

I had an issue with my meter box and the electricity token bought was getting rejected each time I tried to put it in the box, I then called Eskom (which i had to be on hold for over 15 minutes before getting help - no issue with that as I needed the assistance) as soon as I did get in touch with someone, I was directed to an agent called CHRIS (From the Gauteng Eskom's Contact center), a horrible human being to put it lightly. He had weird remarks over my questions and he was not so very helpful, he was not patient and before he hung up, he said something in Sotho that I couldn't even understand.
