Chaos at Eskom with Prepaid conversions

<p>I recently received an email from Eskom where they requested that I collect my card and CIU from their offices in Rovonia and that I need to call to make an appointment to do so. I duly called and Eskom Rivonia knew nothing about this and promised that they would deliver the card and CIU this morning at 10am. According to the email these were the only provisions for handing out CIUs. As to be expected, nothing has been delivered. I spoke to Pam at Eskom Rivonia. If we are going to be converted to prepaid this is not a very good start and how am I going to get the necessary equipment?</p>
