CBD BUILDINGS WASTE ELECTRICITY AT NIGHT!!

LOAD SHEDDING REALLY SUCKS - AS WHEN RESTORED ALL SETTINGS ON OUR ELECTRICAL STUFF ARE CHANGED!!! WHY ARE ALL CBD buildings in the whole country are all lit up like Christmas Trees AT NIGHT!!! as electricity is a commodity in short supply get these lights switched off at night! and then we will not need to have load shedding!
