Case closed - no action, ridiculous bills

Call ref ********** 78 is shown as closed. I dealt with a lady called Christina but have not heard anything about the call, How can it be closed? Your website is problematic and I cant see any details of meters or meter readings. I am receiving MASSIVE bills from you for 9 months of ESTIMATES whilst there is a new meter which is not connected to my account. I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this. I CANNOT afford to pay R6000 a month.
