CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Good Day, I have been battling since January 2015 to date to do a name change from a deceased father to his 2 sons trust names. I have called Call centres, I have sent the documents, I have been to Eskom personally NO HELP !!!<br> I have various references numbers all they say it is in escalation for a WHOLE YEAR REALLY!!!
