Can someone body help from Eskom

I am not happy about Eskom.I poles in my area Block U Mabopane fell on Tuesday due to thunderstorms. They have silver wires which is scary. I have logged a call twice with no assistance. Electricity power is off ,all our food is spoiled our the fridge.
