CALLS NOT ATTENED TO BY TECHNICIANS

<p>We have been out of the electricity since saturday at 18:20, we reported with the contact centre on ********** 566 and we were given the refernce number ********** 20, ********** 31, ********** 82, ********** 83 each time we call wer are told that the technicians are on their way or on site. We stay with old peiple, newborn babies and we can afford not to be without electricity since we are paying for the electricity and the airtime that we use to call you call centre.</p> <p>Now I need to know what is happening with your technicians, is it the matter that we stay in a township and not rich enough to be connected to some people at Eskom who can make things happen on our behalf.</p> <p>The service is sickening!!! We have to go to work or must we also bridge in order</p>
