Call Centre/ Customer line.

Is the anyone working in their Call your Call Centre. One has to wait for 2hours on the line queue. I have been call number 5 from 8am 9am I'm caller number 3. Last time I called the lady said hello and dropped the call. Before that I got a reference number but no one came.
