Call Center bad service

Been holding inline on the eskom call Q. Call centre agents picked up my call after 20min and put on the side without attending to me. can hear people in the background talking and laughing.

Very bad service. They should just close this call center and retrench everyone. Then they will appreciate their jobs when they are sitting at home.
